i was opening adobe preimere 2021 after 3 years i was trying to edit some videos and when i make transcribting it says bad internet response , i was searching to fix the issue but i didnt find anything.

When introduced, speech to text was processed in the cloud. It was then moved to local processing in PR 22.2.0, and the cloud option was turned off 2/7/23.
The only way to use speech to text is to upgrade.
Do not uninstall your current version and be sure your update options do NOT include removing previous versions; you may be unable to reinstall it.
