Transcript generating nonsense "Do do do do do do do and and and and"

I am trying to create captions for a clip where two people are having a dialogue, but my transcript just says

"Did do you do. Do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do and and and and and and and and and and. "

So my captions also say that. 

How do I fix this?

    That repeated “do do do…” gibberish almost always means the wrong language was selected in the Transcribe settings — the speech engine then tries to force-fit your dialogue into the wrong language model. Open the Text panel, click Transcribe, set the Language to match what's actually spoken in your clip, and transcribe again. Also, heavy background music or muffled audio lowers accuracy, so clear speech gives the best results. Let me know how the re-transcribe goes!
