Transcript not detecting different speakers in Spanish

Hi!

I updated today from version 25.2.3 to 25.3, and in two different projects with different setups I detected the same bug. Transcripting an audio in Spanish with "different speakers" enabled only detects Speaker 1.

In both cases, it's only one audio file with all the speakers blended into it. I found the error in the first project I was working on, and went back to another one, which was correctly transcribed in version 25.2.3 (with 6 speakers) and found the same problem.

I'm on Windows 10. Let me know if there's any more information I can give to solve the issue.

Thank you!

Hi Stan and Rach! Sorry for not responding earlier.
The issue is fixed, but I'll tell you the chain of events if it helps anyone.

First thing I did was going back to version 25.2.3, but the transcription still only detected one speaker. So what I did was deleting and then reinstalling the Spanish language Speech To Text add-on via Creative Cloud, and then it started working again in that version. Since then, I upgraded again to version 25.3 and it's working normally now.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help

Hi @Ivanjzs,

Stan asked all the right questions. It would be super helpful if you could share a file.  Is your Premiere default language set to Spanish?  Are both of these projects updated from the previous version, or did it happen in a fresh project as well?

@Ivanjzs,

Can you share the file?

All speakers are transcribed, but all labeled as Speaker 1?

What operating system?

I recall similar reports in earlier versions, probably with English transcriptions, but they were not consistent.
