Transcription does not work

Im trying to make a transcription, and when i try to use this tool, there is a message that say 4 minutes estimated and it continues adding more time, no it shows: Estimated 2 hours. Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

    How long is your video and what format is it? Have you had success on a shorter file or if you import the file into a new project?

    The video format is png and is around two minutes long, I tried both of the options you gave me and the same problem happens.

    PNG is an image format, not a video format. Can you say more about why you think it's PNG? 
    Where did this clip come from, what's the file extension, and does it play back properly when you try to open it in from macOS Finder or Windows Explorer?
