What is the easiest way to move videos and imovie files from my iphone to CC Premier Pro on laptop?

Upload them to a drive on the computer ... preferably internal.

Use Handbrake to convert from variable frame-rate (VFR) to constant frame-rate (CFR). Make sure to select both the little circle of "CFR" and to select a specific numbered frame-rate to get a conversion to CFR output. Also, check to see that it is giving you the full frame-size and Mbps of the original file, you may need to create a preset to do so. It was turning my phone's 4k/47Mbps files into 1080 files around 17Mbps.

    HandBrake download page:  https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php

Then create a new project, go to the Project panel (which should be empty), double-click on the "Import files" text in the middle of the panel, and it should ask you to navigate to your files. Do so ... and all in that folder and any sub-folders will be ingested, any subfolders with media will become bins with the media in them.

Sorry, I should have been more clear.  I'm talking about videos and iMovies that I created myself, with my iphone.
