Transform effect bug

Recently I bought a new video card and started to mount on it. This is where I started to find errors in the effect. When creating slow motion through an effect, it starts to work jerkily. It has the latest version of the drivers.

Hi Нинукси25623777jpo3,

Welcome to the community and sorry for your issue. Would you mind sharing the following details so that we can troubleshoot the issue properly:

  1. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS) and the version of Premiere Pro you're using?
  2. Which effect are you using?
  3. Are there any errors? Could you share a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue?

We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Nishu
