Transform Effect BUG (needs to be fixed)

Transform Effect has a bug when changing the shutter angle, the anchor point of the footage radically offsets and creates an annoying problem. -- PLEASE FIX ADOBE! --

    I am aware that nesting the clip would "band-aid" this BUG but lets fix the problem. Nesting is not a solution, its just an annoying Band-Aid that has its own limitations when wanting to resize or make changes.
