Transform on Effect Control option has disappeared

I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Premiere Pro. Suddenly, "Transform", option on Effect Control option has disappeared from my workspace and the Properties option is also not functioning properly. I have tried restarting the software and checking my workspace settings, but the problem persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

Did you add the Transform effect to your clip?

Reset Preferences

If that does not help re install program and Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

@Stan Jones OP is missing the Transform options in Motion not the Transform Effect.
