Transform Preset in Pr 2025 got remove when open app

All my transform preset got remove everytime i reopen premiere pro, I found out that create a similar preset from the new 2025 transform effect fix it. But some preset has too many keyframe can't be manualy done like Shake preset, because the old key can't be copy paste to the new Transform effect. Do you guy have any solution

    If your transform preset gets removed when reopening Premiere Pro 2025, try these steps:

    1. Import the preset into the Effects panel.
    2. Apply it to a clip in the timeline.
    3. Right-click the effect in the Effect Controls panel and choose Save Preset to save it as a new version.

    check your presets file/folder location and permissions.
