Transform Tool in 2025

In the previous version if you clicked on the Motion tab you would get the Transform tool and you could adjust the video specs on screen. Now that Motion has moved to Properties when you click on Transform nothing happens...is there another way to do this now?

Could you elaborate what you mean by the motion tab? All the motion controls are still there in the Effects Control Panel. The Properties Panel has tranform controls such as Position, Anchor Point, Scale, Rotation, and Opacity etc.
