translation into Arabic

Arabic is not supported for transcription or direct translation in Premiere Pro.

From which language you want to translate? if English, for example, transcribe it in Pr, export srt english file, use Chat GPT or any LLM to translate into arabic while preserving timecodes, create a new srt file using any text editor, named Arabic.srt for example, paste the text you got from Chat GPT, import into Premiere Pro.
Looks long but it would take couple minutes only.
