Transmit SDK crashes loading MPEG4

Premiere Pro C++ SDK Release 24.0 Apr 25, 2023 with  Visual Studio 2022 no retarget upgrade

Build transmitter.sln and uncomment YUV420 10bit PQ 

It builds and loads project and runs. Timeline runs ok.

Turn on the Edit->Preferences->Playback  SDK Transmit button. still ok

Change the YUV420 10bit PQ to MPEG4 and rebuild.  Sample attached. 

Premiere crashes the first time scrubbing timeline. 

Maybe other settings need to be changed in outColorSpaceRec?
