Trouble with Transcripts

Hello, I've had a major problem since Premiere version 26.2. I used to generate my subtitles with the "generate static transcript" button, but now it doesn't detect anything, even on older projects where I've retested. I had this problem with version 26.2.1, I uninstalled it and reverted to version 26.1, and everything worked as before. Adobe, could you please fix this problem quickly? Thank you.
