Trouble with workspace after actualization

Hello,

two days ago after unwanted self-actualization i have some troubles with my settings in Premiere CC.

Almost every keybords shortcuts which was set up by me before, is set now on default value every time i load any project - new or older one. Also some project settings is now at defaults value and if im try to rebind them as i want to, save them to the workspace after, it works only till i quit the premiere.

I dont know what im doing wrong, i think that nothing, cause beafore new verse it all works fine. Do you have the same trouble or do you know how can i fix this annoying thing, whatever it is.
