Troubles with import media and win 10 update. it's possible?

I have updated windows 10. And I do not know, if for that reason or by chance, when I have opened the "Premiere (cc 2017)" many of the clips of my finished edition, they go offline. Not all, but most. The funny thing is that they are in the same folders and have the same format.

Of the clips it shows offline, the error is: generic import problem. If I try to find them again or reimport them, it gives me the same error. I've also tried copying the clips elsewhere, but it does not work, either.

Before the update to Windows 10 this morning, it did not happen.

When I Update windows 10 has lost one dll: WMVCORE.DLL

I updated the CC premiere. It was still with the same error.

Then I replaced it with the DLL of the same name that was in the "windowsold" folder. In the past this worked me well, with which I understand that the problem should not be for this. Although it may be.
