Trying to download PremierPro CS6 but it's not under Addt'l Apps

I am trying to download the cs6 version and I looked up how to do it and I don't have the option for it according to the other forum answers.

When I click under additional apps, premier pro doesn't come up at all.

These are the only options I get under that tab.

I uninstalled the CC version I had. When I go to reinstall it from there it only says "Try". There is no dropdown arrow for earlier versions.

I just need Adobe Encoder and it only accessible through cs6 now.

I do have the full creative cloud suite.

I would appreciate it if someone has input to how I can resolve this.

Don't use the Creative Cloud app. Go to this Adobe web site page and select the Adobe Premiere Pro CS6:

The Premiere Pro CS6 installation includes Encore CS6 (which I think is what you are asking for).

You will need a valid CS6 license or a valid Creative Cloud license/subscription.
