Trying to install the app

I have the app on my MacBook air, now Im trying to download it on Windows. However, when I sign in to my apple account on windows, it shows that I have no active plans. The email showing on my account is a weird looking Email? anyway to fix this issue?

We use the same Adobe ID under macOS or Windows to install Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. From there, any application can be installed.

Premiere Pro is installed from the Creative Cloud app.
