Trying to open Premiere Pro 2019 project in the new 2020 update and my project is blank

I'm trying to open a project that I created in Premiere Pro 2019 in the new 2020 update and my project is blank. I don't have any clips or audio; none of it is there. Any help? This is a time-sensitive work project that I need to complete asap.

Try to create a brand new project and import the old project into the new project. File >Import and select the old project file and click OK.

It can take a couple of minutes if the old project is large.

If it is time critical, finish the project in CC 2019.

Usually there are at least one Bin in the Project panel.

If no, install CC 2019 and conti ue with the project there.
