Trying to Re-Link media, Locate File window is blank.

Premiere 13.1.4, OS 10.12.6.

I'm attempting to re-link offline media and when I hit the "Locate" button the locate file window opens and there are no directories or files listed. This has been persisting on my system for several days now. It is impossible for me to re-link media if it goes offline.

That seems like a corrupt workspace & you may need to reset it.
Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

Can also trying unchecking "Use Media Browser" on the relink screen to use plain ol Finder.
