Trying to zoom in on premiere pro cc 2019 not working.

I had a video on premiere pro cc 2019 and I realized I had a guy in the shot that didn't need to be there. Usually in this case I just bring my view to 10% and crop it out. I rendered my clips a couple of times and did a little bit of color correction. Added a few masks and adjustment layers and now It does not respond to me clicking on it and bringing it out. Anyone know why ? Im referring to the right side with the blue box around it. Dont know the correct terminology. Can Anyone help ?

Your screen is waaaaay too small.  I recommend a 24" 1080 screen at a minimum.

Until you get there, use the Effect Controls instead.

if you can share a short video of what's happening it would be great, but as I can guess:

you are selecting the adjustment layer and so scaling it will not scale the clip under except if you add a transform effect

and use the scale property from the transform effect.

if you only want to scale the clip you have to select the clip before doing so ...

BUT, since you have masks and other adjustments already applied, my suggestion is to nest the clip with all adjustment

layers above it, then scale the nested sequence or crop it out.

    Hope this helps
