Turning the transcript of a media file into a Word doc.

I successfully used Premiere to yield a transcription from a media file. I would like to share this file with a producer for scriting purposes or ideally turn it into a Word doc. Mind you, I do not want to convert a captions file, but a transcription so that I can pass on the formatting and name tagging that happens in the intial transcription process. (BTW)I've tried exporting the transcript and it produced a .prtranscript file that had 0 bytes and I could find no way of opening it.
