Two different versions of transcriptions exist at the same time. How do I get them to merge.

I have an audio recording that I had transcribed and I had it re transcribed so I could make changes to who was speaking and correct the words that the machine misheard. For some reason when I click on the recording in the timeline it switches to a different version of the transcript that does not have the edits I made and still call them speaker. How do I stop there being two different versions and just one version?

I figured it out kinda. Basically you can have the sequence of the video you are editing loaded in or you can have the .MP4 version. I deleted the sequence from the timeline and placed the .MP4 instead and that was appartently the issue. You can have two seperate transcriptions depending if you are working with the file or not.
