Two separate sequence being overlapped

Hi, I've been working project where i have two different sequence(project 1 and project 2) with different video and audio format. I woked on the mulicam of both projects. After completing the muticam of both projects, I've been having issues where, if i open project 2 , project 1 file sequence will open up. 

How can i fix this?
