Ultra Key, Green Screen, & Masking

Hello, I have ultra key on but I am not currently masking my subjects. I think that would help as sometimes when they turn their heads we lose the end of their nose. Could someone help me with how to do this? Do I need to duplicate the footage? do I use the mask tool in ultra key or opacity?

basically I think you have to approach it systematically. First adjust your levels of talent. Then look at how the green screen is lit ( how even it is (balanced )). Depending on THAT you might do masks ( tracking masks probably ). Then stick your ultrakey alternate video in ( hopefully same specs as your talent shots ).

 

What are those white spots on the green screen ??
