Ultra key in Premiere Pro CC

I'm editing a shoot done on green screen.

The person on camera is wearing a top that has teal flowers and a teal button band...and when I remove the green background, it also removes the green in the teal parts of the clothing - and makes them transparent (so you can see the new background from underneath).

What's the best way (without having to reshoot this - 'cuz that may not be an option!) to fix this?

Is there a quick fix?
