Unable follow the create a project tutorial

I'm very new to editing videos and am already quite frustrated with Premiere Pro.

I downloaded the software and paid for the monthly subscription. I started to watch the create a project tutorial (https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/learn/premiere-pro/web/create-project-import-media?locale=en) but the sample files to download don't match the names in the tutorial video. Additionally, when I double click a video, I only get one window that opens rather than two.

And on the bottom left of the screen, I'm not seeing the project name. (screenshot attached).

Really frustrating -- I can't even get started on this.

The most current version 24.4.1 is slightly different from the (older) tutorial.

And can be quite frustrating if its not the same.

ProjectName is at the top of the screen.

Grab the program window and drag to the right side of the source monitor until you see a blue vertical line > then dock the panel.
