Unable to add assets to library from Premiere Pro

I am unable to drag any item from my list of assets in my Assembly panel to my Library panel when using Premiere Pro.

I can drag assets FROM my Library into my PP project, but I can not ADD anything.

I have tested my ability to add items to my Library in Illustrator and Photoshop, and there are no issues. I can add, edit, delete, no problem. The issue is only present in Premiere Pro.

Please help!
