unable to download after using Frame IO plugin

Hi All, 

I recently discovered the FrameIO login for Premiere, love it and how it ahs streamlined my workflow. The problem is that the latest project I sent to a client would not download for them, and I ran into the same thing when I viewed the link from another account and tried to download it. The files do not download as mp4s and open up as a bunch of code. Has anyone run into this? Is it a setting I have inadvertendly checked?
