Unable to download Encore CS6 from Creative Cloud

Wish I could find some help that was simple and understandable. Need to burn a DVD from Premier Pro 2017, new to the system and have no idea what to do. found some very complicated answers which I am unable to follow. There has to be a way to do it without Encore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you already have Roxio Toast or Roxio Easy CD, each application is pretty straightforward for burning a movie file to blank DVD media as DVD-Video data.

Nr 8: of course one does not ingnore and continue unless one knows for certain what the 'problem' is.

Yes you can do this without Encore but then you have to buy some other authoring tool which you need to make a video dvd.

You cannot just burn files to disk if you do you will end up with a dvd-rom.

Download Premiere CS6 and install. This will also install Encore.

Export from Premiere with mepg2-dvd preset.

Import the two files (audio and video) into Encore

Make menu or burn straight to dvd.
