Unable to Download File From Enhance Speech AI Tool

The Enhance speech AI tool is great! But recently I have been unable to download the files I upload to be enhanced. The download button simply does nothing. I have tried on Chrome as well as Edge. Maybe I am missing someting, but also seems like a bug.

Go to the application tab and for the premiere pro, click on the menu (three dots), then choose to get add-ons and install enhancement speech there.

It works for me on Chrome.

Check your firewall.

That is a good point. I am on office wifi but usually wfh. Thanks for the response!

if your firewall's not the issue, clear your cache and adobe.com cookies.
