Unable to export 5.1 K footage as 4K

HI,

I am unable to export a mavic 3 5.1K footage as 4K. The exported file just show a still of the first frame.
Please see the attached video. Any suggestions to solve thsi?

Premier Pro 2023 version 23.5 Build 56

Win 11
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 driver 536.40
PC AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16 coore 4,5 Ghz. 30 Gb Ram

Turn off max depth and render and try again.

If you want 4K as output you need to set sequence settings the same to get rid of the black bars top and bottom.

Thank you for your help Ann, but it does not make any difference. Only first frame of video is showing through the entire clip, but audio is working. Very frustrating.
Any other suggestions to try?
