Unable to export video out of Adobe Premiere Pro 2025

Hi, 

I’m unable to export my video, it gives me this error:

“Unable to install: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2\4.3\mc_enc_hevc.dll" Please close other applications and make sure you have write access to this location and sufficient hard drive space. Or try deleting the folder: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2" and re-launching the application.”

I’m using Adobe Premiere Pro 2025. And I’ve already tried to delete the folder AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2 and it still gives me the same error message. Please help!
