Unable to Import After Effects Composition

Recently upgraded to the V25.0 and now I am no longer able to import AE compositions into Premiere. Extremely frustrating as I am in the midst of a commercial project right now that I'm trying to finish asap. It just remains with the import dialogue open but nothing happens (see screenshot).

System Specs:

CPU: Intel i9-9900K @ 5.00GHz

RAM: 128GB DDR4 3600MHz G.Skill TridentZ RGB Series

GPU: Asus Geforce RTX 4060 Ti 16gb DDR6

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Thanks for confirming! The fix will be in PPro's next official release.

It seems I found a solution that works without installing Beta Version:

Use the Media-Browser inside Premiere Pro to navigate to your After Effect project file and open the project. Then drag&drop only the regarding composition onto the timeline in Premiere.

At least that works for me.

The import/dynamic linking does work in the beta versions of Premiere and After Effects

I will give that a try and report back

We think we've fixed this problem already; could you try the most recent PPro 25.1 beta build, and let us know whether your AE import is successful?
