Unable to import video

Hi Everyone,

 

I am new to Premiere Pro and apprecite your help. I am trying to import some mp4 videos in PP. Videos are available in the folder while browsing in laptop, but they cannot be located in PP.

 

Attaching some screenshots to show it better.

Si estás en Windows, tienes instalado el QuickTime player? porque en realidad el VLC te abre cualquier cosa, muestra un poco más la interface de importación de Premiere Pro no la cortes.

Tienes actualizado tu sistema operativo? tienes actualizado los drivers de tu GPU?
