Unable to Import ZRAW files in Premier Pro

Thank you for responding, I have a project that was shot on ZCAM E2 F6 at 6K Raw, Premiere is not recognizing the files for imports even after I have downloaded and installed the plugin ZCAM provides. It does recognize and are able to import the proxy files but not the raw. Hopefully there's a solution from your side

    Hello, sorry you're having issues. Are you able to import the files directly from either the Import tab or the Media Browser, without going through the ZCAM plugin?
