Unable to open adobe app Error code 12013

i just bought a full creative cloud pro this morning, but when i open any adobe apps, it appears "Sorry, something went wrong." and error code is 12013. Its no problem with my internet connection, because when i log out and log in with another account, i have no problem to open adobe apps. only with the new account which i just bought creative cloud pro got such problem. can any advise me how to solve this?

    How long has it been since you opened your new account. I was thinking if it was very recent that it may take a little time for Adobe’s system to catch up. Can you try logging in with a different computer and see if it works on a different system?

    Is the new account a Teams, Education, or Enterprise account?
