Unable to open adobe app Error code 12013
i just bought a full creative cloud pro this morning, but when i open any adobe apps, it appears "Sorry, something went wrong." and error code is 12013. Its no problem with my internet connection, because when i log out and log in with another account, i have no problem to open adobe apps. only with the new account which i just bought creative cloud pro got such problem. can any advise me how to solve this?
