Unable to Open Adobe Apps After Changing Installation Preference to External SSD

Hello! I hope you're all doing well. Recently, I ran out of local storage, so I changed the app installation directory to my external SSD. After that, I uninstalled all the Adobe apps and reinstalled them. However, ever since, every time I try to open an app like after effects and premier pro, it crashes and shows a tab asking to send a report. I’ve tried finding a solution but haven’t had any luck. I also ensured all necessary files have proper access, as suggested by others facing similar issues. Please help me resolve this problem. Thank you!

Although you can install apps on other than C drive it is recommended not to do so.C is the boot drive, which should contain all apps.Solution: get a bigger drive.
