Unable to open Premiere pro, After effects and Media encoder

Hi Everyone,

all of a sudeen i am unable to open the following apps- Premiere pro, After effects and Media encoder. i realised this today when i tried opening premiere but it only opened till the splash page, no loading visible on it and then within a few seconds it closed (have attached a ss of the same). i tried repetedly to solve this by reinstalling premiere but to no avail. soon i realised that this was the same case with after effects and media ecoder.

but interestingly i am able to open photoshop, indesign, illustrator and acrobat. 

i have tried installing older versions of the apps but it opens until the splash page, then shows an error and closes. ( the error popup only visble for older versions) 

i also updated my graphic driver and all apps are up to date. but nothing is working. i was able to use all of them a few days back properly. i am really worried and dont know what to do, i have to submission hence panicking. is there any way to resolve this, will be a huge help!
