Hi @jeremyl49132253,

Got your message! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble opening your project in Adobe Premiere Pro. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

  1. Check for updates: Make sure that you have the latest version of Premiere Pro installed. You can check for updates by going to Help > Updates in the menu bar.
  2. Clear cache files: Press Shift at launch. From the Reset Options dialog box, choose to "Clear media cache files." Press "Continue."
  3. Try opening the project on a different computer: If you have access to another computer with Premiere Pro installed, try opening the project on that computer to see if the issue is specific to your machine.
  4. Use the "Skip All" option: When you try to open the project, you may see the "Link Media" dialog box that asks you to locate missing files. If you're unable to locate the missing files, you can try selecting the "Skip All" option to open the project without those files. Keep in mind that this may result in some missing elements in your project.
  5. Create a new project. Import the old project into a new one. See if the project works after trying this.
  6. Contact Adobe support: If none of the above steps work, you can contact Adobe support (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html) for further assistance. In the chat pod, be sure to ask for the video queue. They may be able to help you recover your project or provide additional troubleshooting steps.

I hope these steps help you resolve the issue and recover your important project. Best of luck!

Thanks,
Kevin
