Unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)

Its my first time download Premiere Pro. I open it but its pop up a error notice, it said "This application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)

My version is v24.6.1

    Did you download the Creative Cloud app and install it from there?

    If not, uninstall it and download the CC app:

    For anyone having this issues on PC Sep. 2025 I had to revert to Version 25.2.1

          If this is your first time downloading Premiere why version 24.6.1?

          Error message is a windows' thing.
