Unable to successfully delete files on frame io to make space.

We are trying to make space, but unable to delete files with any success, is there a trick to this?
I have the full CC Suite.

I see the recently delete list on the web, but I don’t see the view magicgenie shows in the panel that includes recently deleted. How do I get there?

But checking on the web, I instantly get the saved storage back after the deletes.

Thank you Sumeet. I see he files in the wastebasket stuck there and

i’m told they will remain there for 30 days and will not free up space for me today, see attached.
