Unable to upload MOGRT file

Hi,

when am trying to upload mogrt file in premiere pro, application is unable to take the Mogrt file, its not showing any error (or) pop up message.

can any body can assist me, what is the reason ?

No , I have already installed Premiere Pro, am working on it.

what I exactly done is, I have downloaded free mogrt file from internet, am tried to take in file through; Graphics & Titles > Install Motion Graphics Template and selecting the Mogrt file up to this workimg fine

but when I drag Mogrt file from Essential Graphics tab to Time Line Tab file is not coming, may is know the reason please ?
