unable to use Extensions in Premiere Pro

hello, im new here. i already instal premiere pro 2024.. but i check my windows > extensions unable to click. what should i do ? (attach file) thanks

You don't have any installed, so the option is greyed-out. Choose "Find Extensions on Exchange..." to see what Extensions are available.
