Hi community, It's been ages since I'm trying to figure out this issue, When I enable Hvec encoding decoding I start getting Low-level exception errors its a shame I can't use this feature on my heavily built pc.

Using the latest Premiere pro v22.6.2, I had this issue in older versions as well.

Computer specs:

HI Saadn77,

Sorry. Can you be more specific about your footage? Is it 10-bit 4:2:2 HEVC? If so, you need an Intel 10th or 11th gen CPU with Quick Sync. AMD CPUs are more suitable for ProRes workflow using transcodes and/or proxies. Please try that.

Thanks,
Kevin
