Unable to use speed/duration option with iPhone video

Hi!
I am attempting to edit some video I shot with an iPhone 14. I use this phone to film process videos of craft projects. In today's video I did nothing different in the filming or bringing it into PP. However, when I go to the timeline to speed the video up, I am unable. Every time I type 200... the program is chaning it to 3.28. Why is this happening? and How do I fix it so that I can speed up my video.
