Unable to work while rendering in PR Pro

When you render and replace linked footage from after effects in premiere prom, you cant actually do anything while it's rendering. Is there any way make it possible that I can do something in premiere pro while it is rendering clips from ae?

when i am give render some error is coming like amt sustem error

thank you for using adode media encoder cs6 the adode product that installed media encoder has not activated

please launch and activate thst adobe product before continuing to use media encoder

Ofcourse I would be able to work even if it could render, my pc could run slower but still able to work.

I can render through media encoder and edit in premiere in the same time, but running another program takes more RAM, so what's the problem with adding a feature that allows me to work in premiere (while rendering) while my pc is able to do it.
