Unclickable UI in Premiere 2021

For the last couple days I've had an issue where the Lumetri Color panel & all workspace listings become totally unclickable - I mean I can see everything as it should be, but tabs within Lumetri Color will not open when clicked. Even Effect Controls is exactly the same. This issue also appears in the timeline, where clips can't be manipulated until I manually save, which temporarily fixes the issue for maybe 30 seconds.

I'm working on a project with a handful of BRAW files, as well as MP4 clips and I'm using Autokroma to interpret footage.

Having spoken to two different employees (one of which totally blanked me after his recommendation didn't work), I am still none the wiser. I've started a new project, imported from the old one, removed files and totally started again, but the issue still persists. I really hope that someone can shed some light on this issue.
