Uninstall Video Transitions

Hi. Does anyone know how I can unisntall some manually installed Video Transition bins in Effects panel?

If you open a transition in the Effect Controls it has a setup box.

otherwise

Delete from Program Files > Adobe > Common > Plugins > 7.0 > Mediacore
