Unknown error saving project

Premiere is having an error when saving a project, either through auto-save or manually saving. The error asks to save it in another folder. But even saving in another directory, the error persists. Another bug I noticed too, is that when rendering a simple video that has a music track, the final file comes out without the music. I already restarted the computer, cleaned the audio caches, rendered through the media encoder... but nothing worked. The audio track is active normally.
