Unsupported Compression Type File for Premier Pro

I recorded a video with my Sony i7 (MP4 Format) and the camera was off when was still recording, the record button was not sttoped before shutted down. When I download the file, Premier saya "unsupported compression file", I have been trying changing file location, changing extension, Handbreak software converter. 

Is there any other possible solution?
